We will send you a detailed formal quotation of the requested products for your review and approval.
After accepting your quote, the order details (dimensions, upholstery, wood color, etc.) will be specified, which you must review and confirm before starting manufacturing.
To start production, a 50% advance payment of the total value of the order is required. You can make this payment through the following means: Cash Bank transfer Online payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard, national and international)
Once your initial payment is confirmed, your order will enter our production line. The manufacturing time will be as stipulated in your pro forma and it will be manufactured according to the agreed specifications.
When your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange payment of the remaining balance (50%) and coordinate delivery.
Once final payment has been received, a shipping date for your order will be arranged.
